Making considerations to current Content processes and team knowledge, I would form key requirements and carry out the testing for new Sitecore components and functionality. As part of the development, I would playback solutions to the Content team and document new processes to allow the team to self-service.- Creation of the Content ‘New starter onboarding process’ where I produced a formal induction to the team with a structured program to learning and objectives for new starters to achieve allowing for direction and stretch to optimise their first few months in the team as well as giving a more consistent approach for how we onboard new colleagues.- Working ‘on call’ allowed me to take on more responsibility and ownership on decisions made for Content managed areas during out of office hours. The squad is comprised of multiple disciplines whom I collaborate and contribute ideas to build a product. I manage the sign off process for these changes to ensure the right level of governance is followed and we’re providing the best experience for our customers - I lead conversations to identify improvements and best practices within the team and ensure that these processes are documented to maintain the quality of the work we produce are up to standard.- Within the squad I prioritise workloads based on demand and business needs and monitor capacity to not exceed our resource allowance through our sprint planning ceremony. - Support the delivery of key projects and hub deliverables making sure that all Content owned assets are ready for the agreed deadlines. I had learnt about punctuality as I needed to be first to open the shop for other staff members and prepare tasks for them to do. Critical thinking as multiple things can happen at the same time working in a commercial kitchen and executive decision making as I would be the most senior member in the building.

I would be responsible for ensuring that we fulfilled the requirements of the clients with the type and quantity of the produce. To make sure the quality of the produce was at a an acceptable standard and that we did this in time for deliveries to be sent out.
