Administrative Coordinator - Airframe
Current• Contributes to success of Airframe team members by providing assistance with generating business correspondence, compiling reports and materials, coordinating meeting schedules and making necessary meeting arrangements, serving as point-of contact for the department manager, and receiving phone calls for team members, maintaining files, coordinating department travel with company travel coordinator, and other miscellaneous duties.• Performs clerical functions including correspondence, data entry, photocopying, mail distribution and bulletin board maintenance. Ensures adequate supplies of materials for new employee orientation packets and prepares packets as needed. Monitors and maintains department supplies and materials.• Maintains department files by ensuring that filing material is filed accurately and in a timely manner, and continually maintains/updates the Airframe shop roster.• Provides general assistance to Airframe, Quality Assurance and Engine department team members and management for activities, projects and programs.
