Spanning a career of more than six years in TCS, my job responsibilities over the years encompassed a plethora of activities ranging from instant problem-solving and decision-making to revenue processing through direct customer consultation.Currently, I am working as a Project Management Analyst (PMO) and single-handedly managing all the PMO activities of the project, which is based in Netherlands and Belgium.My primary responsibilities are:• Preparing various reports on MS Excel like gross margin, realization, rostering & footfall percentage reports• Bill to customer • Leakage Analysis • Preparing end-client project value reports that depict how much budget is left over at quarter/month end or might be further needed for the current number of headcounts in the project• Maintaining revenue/billing tracker• Single-handedly act as a focal point between customers and onsite counterparts.• Contract management (underpinning financial parameters)• Reading the customer-signed contracts thoroughly and ensuring that all parameters mentioned in the signed copy of the contract are implemented in the project appropriately, which includes both financial and non-financial parameters.• Scheduling meetings on a daily basis with European customers and onsite counterparts• Resolving invoice and contract-related issues through direct conversations with European customers• Invoice mapping after payments are made by the customer in collaboration with the accounts receivable team• Timesheet management to ensure billing is done accurately based on the exact number of working days of the associate• Providing allocation and ODC access to associates• Rostering associates of the project on a weekly basis• Timesheet management of employees
