13 year old Keya is a two time national award winning Author on BriBooks. BriBooks NYAF is the world's largest children book writing competition. Both her books are national and global best sellers. DANCING ON MY WHEELS won as rank #2 in NYAF 2022-23 & I M POSSIBLE! won as rank #1 in NYAF 2023-24. They are listed in the BriBooks Global Hall of Fame amongst best selling authors from 26 countries across the world. Keya won the People's choice and the best work in literature award in Global Kids Achievers Award (GKAA) 2023.Keya loves art and is a self trained Hand and Digital Artist. SMA has rendered Keya 80% immobile and left her wheelchair bound for life but failed to break her spirit.Keya calls herself SMA-ART, because she has learned to thrive with SMA with support from her family. Today Keya is helping spread AWARENESS (along with her Mom who runs a non profit initiative (https://i-m-possible-and-smaart.com/) and helps to enlighten those affected like her about their fundamental RIGHTS and how to live a better life using TECHNOLOGY.
