As a Customer Service Advocate, I communicate with transportation providers to obtain rides for passengers, create bills of landing, and build trusted connections with clients. Within my previous roles, I gathered data and created hourly reports for upper-level management, took inbound and outbound calls in a customer service setting, and utilized my sharp interpersonal abilities to operate as a leader while keeping consistent performance metrics. Throughout my career, I have taken the initiative to inform lower-level staff members about the list of daily chores related to their jobs.
