Administers oaths and issues Letters of Guardianship, Letters of Administration and Letters Conducts record searches of estates. Initiates various statutory notice requirements. Serves as liaison between the Probate Court and the general public. Secures confidential information and disseminates and control the flow of confidential and public information. Performs other administrative functions such as responding to questions, opening mail and distribution of mail and responding to telephone inquires. -
