I have five years of customer service experience, in addition to four years of experience using various Microsoft office applications. I am familiar with practices that put customers first and value their needs and privacy. I pride myself in my positive attitude, time management, and ability to multitask, which I've developed and practiced while working towards my bachelors degree at both the University of North Texas and the University of Texas at Dallas. I am a quick learner and highly detail oriented, both of which were strengthened while working in fast paced retail environments.
