Testing the growth rate in different concentrations of DMSO to assess the nutritional benefit of the macronutrients in both oil products. Assessing the benefits of Green Coffee Oil in a model organism and relating this to medicinal and dietary implementations on the human population.

In charge of researching previous educational video trends and create an interactive recipe video for a food pantry item. Established an understanding of the healthcare field through patient simulations, small-group rotations, and seminars where we discussed the disparities in healthcare and career experiences with healthcare professionals.
