Traveled with our team of engineers, user researcher, content strategists, and product managers to assist in conducting user research sessions with our global users, while collecting feedback on upcoming products and insights on user needs.

Draper, Utah

Designed, presented, prototyped, and user tested designs as lead designer for the 1-800 Contacts app redesign. From the time it was released in early 2015 through the end of Q4 2016, the app had a 111% increase in orders and a 174% increase in revenue. Continued to lead design projects for the app as new features were released.

Designed for print & web including menu boards, takeout menus, coupons, in-store signage, billboards, and social media posts. Redesigned and developed a website that reflected direction of new brand. Directed and assisted with photography for both product photoshoots and company events.

Design posters, magazine spreads, packets, digital signage, and newsletters for several departments. Work with photography & writing teams to meet project needs.
