Throughout my FSR career I have been involved in creating Friendly in Action, a CUA volunteer board that sets up volunteer activities, as well as serving on “The Guiding Coalition”, by nomination for 18 months to break any barriers that employees may face that could inhibit them to perform while in the office. In 2019, I was selected to be apart of our Wellness Committee where I am the company chair of our first year participating in the Corporate Challenge. In January 2019, I was a graduate of CUA’s Supervisory Training Program. This was a 5 month training that was provided over areas of work-life balance, supervising employees, as well as building growth within the Credit Union.

Facilitated spring and fall recruitment for Wichita State University Tri Delta. Trained 80 women on how to successfully create personal connections in order to grow the organization. Facilitated a 5 day “work week” that included mock interviews, team building exercises that boosted chapter morale while also breaking down any self confidence barriers. By doing this, this led to a 5 day Sorority Recruitment that consisted of house tours, philanthropy night, values night, preference night, and “Bid Day” which ultimately led in 35 new members for the sorority.
