I serve as a consultant and corporate liaison to Network Providers, including, but not limited to provider credentialing, facility, and allied providers. This role provides consultative services to the Blue Network Provider community to ensure compliance with contracts and performance expectations. I am also responsible for ensuring Network Provider compliance to improve administrative and clinical efficiency/effectiveness to assist in providing the highest quality and most cost effective healthcare.

My job is to address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries. I perform various activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, customer support assignments. I also perform computations. The most common tasks include recording details of inquiries, resolving complex benefit and claims questions, and escalating unresolved and pending provider issues.
