Main duties included: supervising and evaluating 11 Resident Assistants, managing the welfare of 6 residence halls and 300 undergraduate residents, maintaining the programming and staff development budget, participating as a crisis interventionist for 1600 residents, overseeing all operational efforts (room assignments, damage billing, and ID issues).

Johnson City, Tennessee Area

Main duties included: serving as a crisis interventionist, maintaining the welfare of 250 residents in 2 halls, supervising a staff of 6 RAs, led programming efforts and advising an effective hall council as a graduate student working on a Master's of Arts in Teaching.
