Current-Responsible for day-to-day operations-Develops high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term company goals/objectives-Leads and motivates subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team-Oversees all operations and business activities to ensure desired results are produced and are consistent with the overall mission and vision of the company-Generates new business and gives approval of new projects-Enforces adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics-Reviews financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements-Builds trusting relationships with key partners and clients-Investigates problematic situations and occurrences and provides solutions to ensure company stability and growth-Maintains a deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company
