-Provided instruction to blended, co-taught, and special education students.-Achieved the greatest increase in Exceeds on the CRCT among middle schools in Gwinnett County for the school year 2013-2014.-Enhanced student engagement for learning language arts through maintaining collaborative learning classroom environment.-Designed lessons and units with objectives aligned to Common Core State Standards.-Integrated technology into lessons to engage learners, including the use of Smart Boards, Movie Maker, Pod Cast and Blogs.-Maintained accurate and up-to-date documentation of student learning, student attendance, and student progress.-Compiled student learning files and electronically documented all required educational data as prescribed by the Principal.-Oversaw student work and completion rates and made recommendations for program changes accordingly.-Saw improvements in each student's ability to read, write, compute, speak, and problem- solve; monitored and documented progress through a variety of assessment techniques.-All taught classes (nearly 80 students total) exceeded Gwinnett County average on the Interim exam over 99 percent.
