SUPER KING MARKET – Los Angeles, CA 2015 – 2015Director Of DistributionOversee complete fulfillment of small very high volume grocery store chain, both perishable and grocery. Responsibilities include internal fleet, third party cross-dock, WMS management and support, data analytics and facilities management. • Oversees in house fleet, dispatch and logistics.• Manages end to end distribution across multiple facilities for multiple product lines. • Successfully implemented WMS with only 2 days ramp up. Overcame issues and stabilized business in a week. • Organized and improved advertised supply chain and handling.

Led all aspects of operations including order management, fulfillment, inventory management, business analysis, risk management, compliance and IT function.
