Responsibility:• Recruiting:  Forecast annual recruiting demands, make budget for recruiting activities. Update annual recruiting procedure, recruiting process according to Global Recruitment and Hiring Procedure. View recruiting strategy and discussion should be held about the relevant channels in which to recruit.  Expand all level of recruiting sources include schools, job fair, labor markets, competitive sources, employment agencies, current employee referrals, internal candidates, applicant database, and the Internet. Develop recruiting method, recruiting sources, recruiting advertisement, applicant qualifications required, and administrative procedures.• Selecting: According to JD selecting 3-5 key characteristics of each position, select appropriate set of knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs), and specific qualifications to fill jobs. Participate in selection process as appropriate. Provide follow-up information on the suitability of selected applicants. Provide initial employment reception, Conducts initial screening interview. Implement appropriate employment tests, for instance, English translation, professional ability tests, psychology tests, etc. Obtain background and reference information, Implement reference check for some offered candidates.• Other Routine Work: Make out candidates track form, invite and send interview notice to candidates. Write job advertisement, Post job Advertisement on internet and update it every day. Update recruiting test paper. Prepare recruiting weekly report to consultant (we have a consultant is in charge of worldwide staffing activities in our company). Source supplier for making recruiting gift, recruiting board advertisement, recruiting leaflet.
