Marketing Manager
Current Responsible for the management of ‘Marketing & Business Development’ activities for the Commercial Division. Recommend improvements to dept. policies and direct the implementation & controls covering all areas of marketing & business development activity to ensure that relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality and cost-effective service to customers. Prepare & recommend marketing & business development budget, monitor the financial performance against the budget, identify unsatisfactory performance & rectify. Carry out market research, identify projects and capitalize on opportunities in line with the organizational strategy. Supervise day-to-day operations for marketing & business development to ensure work processes are implemented & comply with established policies, processes & procedures. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes & practices by considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction & improvement in productivity. Active involvement as a member of the ‘Energy Saving Committee’, ‘COP28 Working committee’ and ‘Dual Fuel Conversion Committee’ to contribute towards sustainable, renewable and green development projects within / for the organisation in compliance with the organisation’s commitment and government legislation. Participation in community development events & social responsibility activities.
