 Credit Appraisal of Personal Loan, Consumer Durable Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loans, Car Loans, Two Wheeler Loans and Tractor Loans through Documents provided by Customer, Field Verification Report & Tele Verification. Handling the Credit process of all 73 branches in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra , MP, Karnataka &Tamilnadu Having an approval authority of up to Rs. 15 Lacs To co-ordinate with Credit Officers of all branches, Product Heads, Business Development Managers, Product Officer, Verification Agency & Collection Manager. Preparing & maintaining Daily & Monthly Credit MIS & Presentation Report. Monthly presentation on Credit & Risk mitigates performance & progress of credit department to COO & Managing Director of the company. Handling the team of 45 members at HO Incharge of the entire CDGS product from Dealer sourcing to disbursement and post disbursement process. Dealer analysis & credit appraisal of various dealers under CDGS. Financial Analysis of Dealers on the basis of their business, process, funding, market reputation etc. Maintain Dealer Relations and ensure prompt service as well as fast processing of files within the standard TAT of the company. Ensure prompt payout of the customers of the respective dealers.

 Credit Analysis of unsecured Business loans having ticket size of Rs. 5 Lacs to Rs. 35 Lacs ensuring that credit decision taken are in line with the credit policy of the organization and recommending the same to ACM for approval. Doing visit at customer's business to understand the Business, Process, further plan, requirement of fund amount & purpose thereof. Ensuring files processing from login to disbursement as per norms. Co-ordination with FI, RCU and other verification agencies for maintaining of quality & TAT. To sign the file at final stage before sending to Ops at H.O. for disbursement. Handling whole process of Swapping & Re Write Cases.
