Other then Infrastructure management with highest performnce , my rolde includes vendor management , resource management and budget management. Information security is another critcal aspect for this role.Before that I have handled transition of end-to end transition services , Novel Net ware to Windows migration and worked as a team member and team lead for End User Computing for the different clients.
