Current• Tracking the quality of all the products. Taking necessary steps to improve andmaintain quality• Process Optimization and de- bottlenecking for capacity improvement with minimuminvestment• Technical support, Problem solving and fault finding on production issues.• Seek alternative measure for RMC consumption, utility consumption, powerconsumption and time cycle of all products.• Continuously monitoring progress of various improvement projects through effectivereview session.• Tracking and monitoring operation which is impact on productivity like MEE, ETP andboiler (coalfired and NG).• Identify areas of major improvements in productivity of people and other resources.• Develop and commission of new products in plant with the help of R&D team.• Daily production planning as per monthly targets/ supply chain.• Take a account of raw materials, WIP, Finish goods and ensure conformance ofphysical stocks.• Data collection and analysis through cross-functional teams using technique RCA-CAPA.• Proactive process order summarization on daily basis through SAP.• Looking ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 related activity and maintain documents.• Ensure Cleanliness culture amongst all the operatives.• Supervising plant activities by follow SHE norms strictly, to provide tool box training, process training and its implementation to subordinates in the area of process and safety.
