As Deputy Managing Director & Growth Director at Sindad Network Technology, I drove the company’s strategic growth, achieving 5x sales growth and tripling the customer base in 3 years. I led the launch of 3 new products, including our IaaS platform, scaled the team, and oversaw the development of a state-of-the-art data center, strengthening our cloud infrastructure and expanding IT service offerings.

I continued to provide consulting for Karina Mobile Solutions, supporting the closure and transition of key projects. My role involved overseeing ongoing developments, ensuring the successful completion of critical services, and helping manage partnerships to ensure smooth transitions during the company’s restructuring.

As a key player (hopefully!) in Karina, a leading Mobile/ICT solutions provider in Iran, I was responsible for driving market development and establishing strategic partnerships with major players, including MCI, Irancell, Rightel, and various banks. Internally, I managed several existing products, including Ritmo (online music streaming), Mobazi (Android game center), and Paykan (mobile wallet), while overseeing the distribution of international games. Additionally, I handled the end-to-end development of innovative services like a Digital Magazine Platform, Shazam-style RBT Finder, and Internet Packages Recommender, from concept to launch.

At Daliran Pars Economic Group, a diversified conglomerate with companies across sectors such as investment, brokerage, aviation, and more, I played a key role in managing the MVNO project and contributed to the establishment of the company’s IT holding. Additionally, I held leadership roles, including CEO of Daliran Pars Trading Development and Board Member of Ravan Fanavar Engineering. I managed the development of key IT solutions, such as a Customer Club System and Online Trading Platform, while driving the integration of new technologies across the group.

I was responsible for driving key business development initiatives and managing several projects in the payment solutions and fintech sectors. This included the implementation of mobile and POS-based top-up services and other digital payment solutions. I worked closely with telecom operators, banks, and financial institutions to drive innovation, enhance user engagement, and expand service offerings across the market.In addition, I played a key role in managing the MVNO project, from the ground up. This included securing the principle approval from CRA and working with both domestic and international consultants (e.g., Sofrecom) to develop the business plan and technical design. I coordinated negotiations with telecom operators and successfully established a wholesale agreement, ensuring the project’s progression from concept to readiness for execution.
