I have started my carrier as a maintenance manager in textile company on year 2000.then in 2001 I moved to packaging manufacturing project of a big Dairy group and in 2004 I have joined national food products company in plastic division as a production manager. in 2007 I have taken the role of plant manager , managing 3 manufacturing plants in Abu Dhabi and in 2015 I have taken the role of operation director where I am still working in the same role.currently I have 364 employees reporting to me in 3 different manufacturing plant.
