Responsibility:1. Build and maintain overall supplier qualification process by ISO and TS and EICC system---include the new/existed factory, FG FATP, component manufacture qualification process.2. Monitor, organize and lead materials and components suppliers, contract manufacturers (CM), and suppliers for quality improvement- -Perform on site audit to keep track effective quality system, process control and corrective actions are in place.3. Verify supplier quality issues through systematic analysis and advise, recommendations for improvement (Resolve Q-issues via SCAR, DOE, monitoring Q-performance, monitoring PPAP PQP, SPC effectiveness, etc.)4. Participate in the development and Implementation of product quality criteria (Cosmetic and Function and Reliability)5. Work with internal groups for quality system and processes improvement and reinforcement ---Establish reporting for supplier quality performance and test results.6. Ensure compliance of suppliers to safety regulations, Quality and ROHS/REACH criteria on quality management process and product/assy level 7. Work with Materials and OPS team for continuous yield improvement and provide solution that related to Materials, components, and system-level quality.8. Collaborate with engineering and OPS to perform root cause failure analysis on early field failure and factory failures and put in place closed loop corrective actionPerformance:Well cooperated with CM and suppliers. The outstanding issue s are solved timely. The FPY was increased from previous 58% to current 80%, The product always kept at excellent quality level , New and existed supplier has good quality aspect in overall.

Respond custom complaint with 8D and follow up till to close 4. Drive and work with PIE and TE to solve process issue5. Conduct the process FPY reviewing meeting 6. Engage in key vendor management (PCB/ metal/mold injection)7. Review SIP and SOP, train inspectors and audit the working effectiveness 8. Engage in NPI /DFM/DFMEA/PFMEA9. Buy off SMT/PTH/Assy/test production line10. Follow up ECO implementation 11. Conduct product safety certification12.
