After graduating from ASU with a degree in real estate, I have spent my career in real estate appraisal, acquisition, and development. Having worked previously as a commercial self-storage developer for several years, I am very familiar with the development process. I have repeatedly performed site selection, contract negotiation, due diligence investigation, design, entitlement procedures, and project management. I have extensive experience in project underwriting, including pro forma development, financial projections, etc. Wherever I have worked, I have quickly established productive relationships with sellers, brokers, contractors, attorneys, architects and other consultants.I also have experience with residential acquisition and development, having worked for K. Hovnanian Homes, one of the nation’s largest builders. At K. Hovnanian I sharpened my management skills as I led a team of 12 professionals in the land department. I am adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.Most recently I have been at Crown Castle, working as a member of the strategic relocation team finding solutions for Crown's most at risk sites through lease negotiation, purchases, perpetual easements, consolidations and relocations. Earlier at Crown I worked with a team of real estate specialists who handled zoning and permitting services for equipment modifications and new collocations. Previously, I spent time at Clear Blue Services as a site acquisition and site development manager where my team performed architectural, engineering, leasing, zoning and permitting functions for hundreds of new site builds and site modifications in the Desert Southwest Region for major wireless carriers. I am organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated as required in the job description. My analytical nature also leads to quick resolution of problems, and seamless incorporation of changes which always arise in real estate development. My communication skills lead to excellent relationships with regulatory bodies, consultants, and team members.
