Kristin is a litigator and legal advisor. She currently handles toxic tort and environmental complex cases. She advises clients in all stages from pre-litigation, to proactive investigations, to taking and defending depositions, to trials.Outside of her legal practice, Kristin has served on numerous non-profit boards and is experienced in programming, partnerships, and fund development. In 2023, she served as Chair of the Orange County Coalition for Diversity in the Law (OCCDL), after serving on the OCCDL Board as Secretary in 2022. She oversaw programming, marketing, sponsorships, and partnerships to promote and recognize underrepresented law students and attorneys in Orange County.Having grown up in the Inland Empire, she was selected in 2023 to serve as a board member for Citrus Counseling Services in Redlands, California, a mental health treatment facility.Kristin has hosted and moderated several dialogues (such as The Restitution of Nazi-Looted Art for the Chapman Law Art Law Society, 2019) and has served as a panelist for young students interested in law.In 2020, she earned a Fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She earned her law degree from Chapman Law School, where she was trained in Trial Advocacy under the Hon. Halim Dhanidina, former justice of the California Court of Appeal (2nd District). She competed with her school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team, earned the CALI awards in Family Law and International Law & Organizations, and the Class of 2020 Negotiation Award. Kristin also served as President of the Public Interest Law Foundation, co-founded the Art Law Society, and earned the Class of 2020 Community Service Award.Kristin earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA, concentrating on Middle East international relations. In college, she competed in the Model United Nations competitions and was awarded Distinguished Delegate.
