Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diversified sources after identification of manpower requirements. Sourcing candidates as per the position requirements and screening sourced candidates and shortlisting the best talent for technical interview. Negotiating salary and explaining offer and other benefits of the positions to selected candidates. Preparing employment offer for selected candidates.
