Set the MEA region’s Social Media strategy, build up the resources and putting systems in place

• Develop the community Ambassador program that recognizes both consumer contributions and consumption • Define an online/offline reward system that supports the Ambassador program • Develop training resources, guidelines and policies for the Ambassador program • Develop relationships with key content creator leaders across the region• Mine our user analytics to identify content creator leaders and the social space to identify large community groups to invite and assimilate into our products • Work with the platform teams to address, resolve, and communicate any issues related to the features and functionality of the community; manage content moderation and community management tools and policies • Work with Marketing to develop marketing engagement strategies and tactics as they relate to contributor growth and the organization’s strategic goals • Travel to where content makers are creating content and interact with community, within UAE or across MEA• Hold virtual and in person community events • Create customer communications directed at our core users; participate in the conversation with them and the greater community space • Contribute to a HERE owned blog about the product and customers • Identify, curate and promote voice-appropriate community content across our products • Contribute to the story of what it means to be a real, fresh, rich, dynamic place • Monitor and measure the success of the program’s activities and the growth of the community
