Spectra Energy - AIM Hudson HDDProvided observation services during the intercept, reaming, and pullback operations for a horizontal directional drill (HDD) installing 4900 LF of a 42-inch Steel gas pipeline. Responsibilities included written reports documenting; axial thrust, torque, mud pressure, flow rates and rpm, ect..The Algonquin Incremental Market (AIM) Hudson HDD spans three states; N.J., N.Y., Conn., and Mass, expanding the capacity of the existing Algonquin Gas Transmission system. Freehold Township - Residential Water and Sanitary Sewer InstallationProvided construction inspection services for the installation of approximately 6,000 LF of ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main; 7,000 LF of PVC gravity fed sewer; and observation of a horizontal directional drill (HDD) installation of a 1,400 LF sanitary sewer reach with a design slope of 0.7%. Services include shop drawing reviews, plan reviews, attendance at preconstruction meetings, field inspections, preparation and review of as-built drawings, and documentation of daily construction activities.

The study evaluated each of the existing controls systems that regulate the conditions inside the UPH building including the existing Direct Digital Control/Energy Management Control Systems/Bedroom module thermostats to identify all deficiencies (i.e. connectivity, alarms, set-point, etc.) that may be impacting systems from operating per original design condition and code.
