I’m a seasoned media services professional with more than 10 years’ experience in various corporate settings.Currently, I’m a contractor with Futron, Inc, working on-site as a Video Conferencing Help Desk Technician for the Social Security Administration. In this capacity, I help maintain, configure and provision SSA’s Tandberg and Polycom video-conferencing infrastructure. I also provide end-user support for more than 2000 codecs across the United States utilizing a variety of networking and video infrastructure tools. Additionally, I produce SOP documents defining best practices for use by other SSA video conference help desk technicians.Prior to that, as an on-site contractor at Credit Suisse with AVCON Inc., I physically installed and configured Cisco’s Tandberg video conferencing systems.
