I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business of the Odesa National University of Technology (former Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies), Odesa, Ukraine. I have been working in the field of Hotel and Restaurant Business and Marketing for more than 15 years. Also I am a founder of the consulting company where we assist in developing launching, and promoting restaurants. At my university I teach courses in Restaurant Management, Information and Communication Technology in the Hotel and Restaurant Business, Culinary Arts and a number of others in the field of Hospitality and Tourism. Every year for a month I give a "Hotel Operations" course as a guest lecturer at SRH Dresden School of Managment. Unfortunatelly, the work in my consulting company completely stopped and we lost all projects after Russia's invasion of Ukraine (February 24, 2022). I left Ukraine with my family and I'm temporarily living in Spain (Valencia). Given the current situation, I'm looking for a temporary job at the universities in Europe and Spain. I can give lectures and make researches in the field of hotel and restaurant business and tourism. I speak English and have extensive experience in lecturing under the Erasmus program in different European countries and participating at international conferences in Great Britain, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania and others.
