GENERAL:• Liaison between health service lines/ancillary service operations and corporate sales & marketing. (Erickson Health Medical Group, Continuing Care (ALF, Assisted Care, Personal Care, Memory Care, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Short-Term Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Rehabilitation, Intermissions), Home Health, Home Support) • Liaison between the field and the in-house creative group and data/market research teams• Reconciliation of monthly and annual budget and expensesERICKSON HEALTH MEDICAL GROUP (EHMG):• STRATEGIC MARKETING DIRECTOR supporting and 19 site locations in 11 states• Supports office operations, recruitment efforts, utilization (flu vaccinations, annual wellness), CPCI, Resident Portal, Chronic Care Management - CCM, New Resident Touchpoint Campaign• Creation/integration of collateral (promote visibility of staff doctors, specialists and service providers)• Aids in conference visibility (ex: AMDA, ACP, AGS)• Lead in Doctor Testimonial Video and Photo Shoot (2013-14)CONTINUING CARE: Locations of Influence:• Pennsylvania (Ann’s Choice - ACH, Maris Grove), Massachusetts (Brooksby, Linden Ponds (LPH), Texas (Eagle’s Trace - ETH, Highland Springs - HSD), DC/NOVA (Riderwood - RWV, Greenspring - GSV, Tallgrass Creek - TCK)• Continuing Care openings at HSD (2013), ETH (2013), and TCK (2014)RELEVANT MEDIA EXPERIENCE: • Direct mail – Helps facilitate substantial mailing efforts to bought list/mail lists• E-blasts, Digital display, SEM/SEO• Ericksonliving.com - Continuing Care and EHMG website content • Photo shoots/Virtual Tours – Strategic Marketing lead in architectural photo shoots to build photo gallery (HSD, ETH, TCK)• Newspaper – Maintains relationship between 3rd party media buyers and facilitates the creation and management of advertisements • Outdoor display signage (i.e. billboards)• Tribune – Health pages content
