I'm determined for my own lived story to be one of meaningful transformation, resilience, and beauty. I am passionate about articulating my own stories in creative writing and filmmaking and helping others do the same. My purpose in storytelling is to connect, to feel into our humanity with greater empathy, compassion, and aliveness for the shared human experience. I have a background in creative and business writing, grant writing and research, video editing, and film. As a small business owner, I am a seasoned and successful project manager. As a fundraiser, I helped nonprofits secure over $5M in grants. I've published articles in: Vimeo, The Journal of Financial Planning, NAFTA, Zapier, Hearst Bay Area, and others. As a general human, I love to be with and learn from nature, travel, and explore healing directly available to us all through energy medicine.
