Created a series of detailed processes for tracking and forecasting $45M in annual Legal Fees, with this new system improving forecast accuracy from 75% to 96%. Improved overall capital forecast accuracy by 50%+ by working with teams on detailed monthly processes for forecasting, reporting, accruals and receiving. Led the annual budget and monthly forecast process for T-Mobile's Legal and Real Estate operations. Managed the month-end capital and OpEx closing and forecasting process for IT, in addition to developing the annual budget presentation materials for the SVP of Legal.
