Executive Director (State Administrator Of Abstracting)
Current• Represent Agency before Legislature and participate in legislation/rulemaking processes• Liaise with Board of Directors to guide, implement, and carry out Board directives • Liaise with other Agencies such as Governor’s and Legislative Offices, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Department of Libraries, and State Auditor’s Office• Facilitate all Board and Committee Meetings• Oversee agency operations - supervise staff, employee reviews and development needs assessments, budget forecasting, space planning, and vendor contract negotiations• Regulate the Abstracting industry in the State of Oklahoma through licensing, inspections and investigating consumer complaints
