Employers who partner with DPS in turn fund vital vocational programs for youth and adults with disabilities and other barriers to employment. DPS is an expert resource for education and awareness of the untapped potential in employing people with barriers to employment and other disabilities. DPS is able to utilize Opportunities, Inc.’s training facilities in Fort Atkinson, Oconomowoc and Madison to develop and advance motivated job seekers who need to expand work history, skills and stamina to ensure success in their future career path. What we do: We are a full-service community-based employment agency offering unique staffing solutions; such as, short-term temporary, long-term temporary options, temp-to-hire programs and direct hire options since 1988. Who we serve: We serve as an extension of our customer companies H.R. departments and offer alternatives to their ever-changing recruitment and staffing needs. We assist job seekers at all levels in our communities and surrounding areas. Our point-of-service structure allows customer relations to grow. Each employer receives an “Employee Coordinator/Account Manager” who focuses on the employer’s needs and goals. This individualized approach ensures exceptional service and exceptional job matches!
