I was part of the Research and Development team as an industrial designer, project manager, and UI UXdesigner.‍as an 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 I planned and designed for serial production. I managed the production of parts in China and all around Israel to create complex prototypes. I was part of a consulting think tank for design and innovation for local and international companies. I managed ergonomic research, user interviews, and market research. as a 𝗨𝗜 𝗨𝗫 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 I managed user research and interviews for the UX and design of digital interfaces. I created clickable mockups for user testing with FIGMA Software and performed UI processes for digital interfaces. Additionally, I compiled, documented, and managed the user testing & UX characterization process for digital applications. as a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 I managed the R&D schedule and deadlines. I communicated with customers & professionals from different fields of work and managed the R&D processes.
