With over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries, I am a versatile and adaptable professional with a passion for interior design, customer success, and business development. Currently, I am the Trade & Business Development Manager at Tigmi, where I leverage my design expertise, CRM and customer-centric approach to drive trade and growth for the company. Previously, I worked at Temple & Webster, Australia's largest online furniture and homewares retailer, for over seven years, progressing from a Customer Care Consultant to a Business Development Manager, where I managed key accounts, negotiated contracts, and generated new leads and opportunities. I also have a background in interior design, having worked as an interior designer in Italy and Australia, and a B.Sc. in Interior Architecture from Politecnico di Milano. I am fluent in English Italian and Hebrew, and enjoy learning new languages and cultures.
