Effectively performed compliance audits and root cause analysis on noncompliance issues, assessed mitigation plans and verified that mitigation plans were completed.- Multiplied the five-person teamβs noncompliance reports processed by 64% by exceeding target goals.- Built strong relationships with compliance departments in the west by processing violations reasonably.- Provided guidance on internal controls for compliance standards by developing failure points and questions that aid utilities in evaluating and improving their internal controls for achieving compliance.- Created a culture of problem-solving and sharing within the team by facilitating discussions on challenges the team is facing and mobilizing the team to find, document, and communicate solutions, increasing the teamβs overall performance.- Led data analysis to evaluate overall risks to the power system. Results were used to identify standards for audit and self-certification scopes.
