Current• Supports in data management and analysis.• Utilizes advance knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (including high level of Microsoft Excel).• Conducts research, assembles, and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents.• Provides support and assistance to national and international Global Marketing Group staff.• Coordinates project-based work.• Supports in CRM system (Salesforce).• Creates video tutorials for CRM system functions.• Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.• Maintains electronic and hard copy filing systems.• Schedules and coordinates meetings, shows, appointments and travel arrangements.• Prepares schedules and agendas per supervisor instructions.• Maintains supply inventories.• Records, compiles, transcribes, and distributes reports and meeting notes.
