Solid experience in drug product characterization, including particle analysis, in-use compatibility, temperature excursions, time out of refrigeration, solubility in water-organic co-solvents (DP manufacturing cleaning procedure support), stress testing studies, placebo EtO and VHP ruggedness testing. Pharmaceutical development lead on three global product development (GPD) project teams.Ph.D. in Physiology and Neurobiology with practical knowledge in toxicology, drug transporters and drug metabolism. Extensive experience with in-vitro toxicity studies and in-vivo pharmacology studies involving drug transporters to investigate cellular responses to hepatotoxicants in mouse liver, kidney and brain. Extensive experience with aseptic, microbiology and cell culture techniques, Alanine aminotransferase activity enzymatic assay, DNA and RNA extraction, Immunohistochemistry, hands-on experience with IV, SC, IP and PO dosing, blood and tissue collection. Instrumentation: Visual inspection light box, svHIAC liquid particle counter, Microscopic Flow Imaging (MFI, FlowCam), Turbidity, Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Spectrophotometry (e.g. SoloVPE), Confocal & Fluorescent Microscopy, Scanning electron microscopy, cryo osmometer, qPCR, ELISA, immune fluorescence, SDS-PAGE, Western blot.
