JOB OBJECTIVE: Lead the instructional design process, ensuring the creation of innovative and effective training materials across various delivery mediums. The Senior Instructional Designer will oversee the technical development and deployment of learning materials, incorporating advanced tools and methodologies for classroom, video, and web-based delivery. This position works closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and is responsible for the supervision of the curriculum team.
