Customer Programs Director
Current• Oversee strategy for nationwide program of live and virtual events that fosters brand love, credibility, and trust while developing the customer base and marketing to retain accounts, upsell, and cross-sell• Provide direction and motivation to department and volunteer customer advocates• Identify mutually beneficial opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and SaaS sales• Ensure Company vision, values, and voice are correctly represented across multiple mediums• Create persuasive messaging to increase product awareness and fast-track adoption• Report quarterly engagement and satisfaction metrics • Develop strategy, including content, for regional conferences with 100+ attendees
