He has the overall responsibility of establishing and maintaining enterprise architecture as an integrated part of the development process.Kim supports product management in strategic discussions, makes ongoing architecture support to development teams, customers and other external parties.One of Kim's first goals has been the establishing and maintaining a common product structure for all stakeholders and making the foundation for architecture modeling using TOGAF, ArchiMate and the tool Enterprise Architect from Sparx Systems. Kim is also taking the role as Solution Architect on specific customer projects. In addition Kim supports the development teams regarding domain modeling and database design.Externally Kim is also delivering consultancy services regarding architecture and HL7.Kim represents Capgemini Denmark as a member of the Danish HL7 affiliate.
