As we embark on the next chapter of our nearly 100 year old foundation, being data-driven and strategic in our fundraising efforts is pivotal to continued success. In my role as Executive Director of Development Services, I manage the gamut of support services to facilitate successful fundraising at Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. In my role, I lead gift and records processing, information systems, prospect development, donor relations and events, and campaign operations. These individual departments are the underpinning of a successful fundraising operation and it is a privilege to be able to strategically advance the mission of CW in this way. I also support leadership as the primary liaison with CW Budget and Finance groups, Human Resources, and IT, including running point for our current enterprise database conversion.

Dedicated to supporting the fundraising efforts of the university, in this role I manage a robust prospect research, prospect management, and data analytics division. My responsibilities include strategically directing the goals and objectives of my staff to align with development goals of the university; meeting with lead development staff to collaborate on unit goals, creating and distributing reports detailing fundraising performance measurements; and working directly with Advancement Services units such as Gift Processing and Information Services to create optimal tools and workflows for our fundraisers. Other duties include management of research tools, proactive research, portfolio development and prospect strategy.
