- With over 15+ successful years as an entrepreneur in a wide arena of businesses, and the same timespan as a business consultant of proven expertise in local and international trade, business development and management, I am well equipped to handle the challenges of top-level corporate leadership.- Formerly the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bar Central Limited and now Chairman of Ideas Execution Limited, roles in which I strategically sharpened my instinctively keen eye for detail, and developed an extensive global perspective especially in the areas of brand building, management and strategic planning, the journey paved the way for my role as President and CEO of TCF Holdings Limited.- Through a career of partnering and working closely with companies such as J Wray & Nephew (Gruppo Campari), Grace Kennedy, Lasco and Seprod at Bar Central and subsequently, Ideas Execution, I have successfully pioneered innovative approaches to the local retail trade, and in the process, led the businesses to become the partners of choice among bar and community shop operators nationally.- I also founded Credit Repair Solutions Limited, the first company of its kind in the Caribbean, and Worldwide Novelties.- Through it all, I have gained invaluable experience in areas such as governance, financial reporting, accounting of large international and regulated businesses, and board leadership.- I have consequently developed an exceptional network of high-level contacts over the years, especially in New York, Europe, Canada, China, Brazil and in Jamaica.- As a long-time member of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ), that role has provided me with access to further experience within the network of other corporate CEO’s and company executives who are part of the broad member organisation. - My successful journey has made me eager to share my expertise in strategic planning and tactical execution with start-up and medium-sized businesses in advising them on how to increase their profit margins by strategically implementing solutions to their particular challenges.- I am also preparing to establish a foundation to specifically target youth who innately possess technical skills, are innovative, artistic and inventive, but need empowerment, support and mentorship.
