I am an employment lawyer with nearly a decade of experience in advising and representing clients on a wide range of employment law matters. My expertise includes hiring strategies, compensation and benefits structuring, drafting employment agreements - handbooks, VRS, engaging contract workers, workforce restructuring, workplace closures, M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, union negotiations, and undertaking workplace investigations and inquiries.In the realm of industrial relations, I assist employers in addressing complex labour issues, including those involving trade unions, and represent them before various authorities.I am involved in conducting training sessions for employers, focusing on regulatory compliance with employment and data privacy laws, as well as best practices for organisational excellence.Beyond my professional practice, I am passionate about teaching and have served as a visiting faculty member at the School of Law, Christ University.
