I am an experienced Managing Director with dynamic Marketing and Communications industry expertise. I lead a team (Business Unit and Account Directors) team across SSA (Sub-Saharan Africa) as well as the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) regions. Clientele for the agency encompasses many businesses; from promising pre-seed startups to established multinational corporations (B2B and B2C). My journey began as a Project Manager at a prominent Learning and Development institution in Johannesburg, where I honed my skills in project coordination and execution. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to expand my expertise beyond project management, delving into account management and operational functions. Collaborating closely with the Managing Director, I gained valuable insights into strategic decision-making and organizational leadership. I am part of the naughtybanana executive committee as Managing Partner. I facilitated our merger with a Singaporean partner as we cement our presence in Asia.
