Served as ISS and Grand Strategy alumni coordinator, using Hopper to maintain our databases of alumni. Wrote, designed, and sent weekly MailChimp newsletters on behalf of the Director. Created and maintained the ISS and Grand Strategy social media pages including Facebook (closed group), LinkedIn group, and Twitter pages. HIGHLIGHTS:Saved department over $2,500/year by bringing event poster design in-house.Saved over $4,000 on the cost of our departmental annual picnic, bringing cost down from over $6,000 before I started, to under $2,000.

Provided confidential administrative support for the Director of ISS. Maintained strong working relationships with newspaper, television, and radio representatives in arranging logistics for telephone, in-person and on-camera interviews. Coordinated the application process for ISS programs, which include post-doctoral, pre-doctoral, fellowship, and scholarship programs. Served as the first point of contact for visiting dignitaries, senior academics, media, students, staff and faculty on ISS policies, procedures, programs and activities.
