Joined the Microsoft Teams and worked on different projects:- Tech Lead for the Team Live Events feature. It enable users to broadcast of video and audio content to a large set of audience.- Before this, I worked in the Teams & Channel team and responsible for the teams and channel management in the Teams app. After this, I took the ownership of the Calendar experience and led the development of the calendaring experience inside the Team app. Later I moved to Calling & Meeting team where I initially took the ownership of Anonymous meeting feature and then moved as Tech lead for Live Events.

- Started my work on the performance improvement for the CRM new UX Form and did the perf optimization of the UX form and increased the PLT and CLT of the form. My work was to do the performance analysis and identify the performance bottleneck and then increase the rendering time of the form. - Then, I owned the Portable Business Logic in Dynamics CRM. It helps user define custom business logic in their entities. Also owned the advanced Business flow editor for Admin to design new flow for entities.- Later, I moved to Visual Studio Online and responsible delivering the commerce pipeline for the Microsoft Visual studio online and integrating it with Azure Ibiza framework. I also worked on circuit breaker to protect Sql Server resource. It keeps track of all the response and break circuit if there is an outage in SQL.

I worked on Data Visualization in Dynamics CRM and own the Grid and filtering infrastructure for Dynamics CRM. I also worked on the reporting infrastructure in the CRM and provide the support of custom reporting. I also worked on the project to make CRM cross browser compliant and worked on the UX infrastructure changes to make CRM cross browser compliant.
