- Established Bedrock's Land Development team, guiding strategies for over 200 acres of brownfield, infill development in Detroit and Cleveland with a focus on sustainability, equity, and value creation.- Lead interdisciplinary teams to bring the Cuyahoga Riverfront Development, a 20 year, 35-acre, 3.5M square feet mixed-use development, from initial conceptualization in 2021 to groundbreaking in October 2023.- Drive smooth project progress towards project milestones in coordination with local, state, and federal governments and utilities, establishing collaborative agreements and streamlined permit processes.

- Authored Bedrock's corporate sustainability strategy and successfully negotiated a 35-year, 29,200 MWh annual renewable energy credit (REC) agreement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.- Established the Detroit Smart Parking Lab (DSPL) and Urban Technology Exchange and currently operate the DSPL in collaboration with Ford, Bosch, Michigan’s Office of Future Mobility and Electrification to identify emerging technologies that provide additional value to Bedrock’s real estate portfolio while also strengthening Detroit’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.-
